The project

To provide insight into the culture of this department and make recommendations about how to improve it.

Our Approach

We developed a strong project management and communications plan for the project to engage the staff. We reviewed policies and procedures for HR and WHS, existing HR data, conducted interviews and focus groups, deployed a survey, and provided a summary of the results with practical recommendations and next steps.

Outcome

Leadership changes were made and work is ongoing.
