The project

Develop competence framework consistent with paramedicine guidelines for paramedics but incorporating industry best practice across both clinical areas of critical care paramedicine and extended care paramedicine.

Our Approach

Review of sample frameworks and regulatory competencies, as well as organisational values and cultural principles so these are embedded in the behaviours outlined. Interview and workshops with senior leaders and paramedics in these fields. Develop a draft framework for review and feedback, refine. Build this competency framework into other HR processes such as the recruitment interview guide and the performance review process.

Outcome

Senior leaders using the frameworks and tools for recruiting and managing the performance and development of staff.
