Executive Assessments as part of Executive Recruitment

The project

To assist the Managing Director to better understand candidates they were head hunting for a critical executive role and generate insights for deeper interviews.

Our Approach

To speak with the Managing Director and understand what the role entailed and what would be considered success in the role. Understand what insights would then be useful against the selection criteria and identify tools that can provide the right kind of information. Ask the candidates to complete the assessments and conduct a behavioural interview with each one before carefully constructing a report for the MD with insights and recommendations for future interview questions.

Outcome

One of the candidates was selected and has been doing very well in the high profile project role.
